The Chair...

again! in the middle of this interpretation of the 'Chair' image......here's the other one - this present one is a bit larger, and of course i'm using a different colour palette - and the chair isn't sliding out of the frame this time! Still not finished, the foreground is just the under painting, so now i'm off back at it!!!

It was this or another dreary snow one....i'm still fed up with this winter stuff....just got tired of whining about it!

Had a great swim, and i'm reading an awesome book....The War of Art, by Steven Pressfield. all to do with how we break thro all the resistance and the procrastinations that keep us from doing what we truly love and want to do! it is geared towards the 'arts', writing, painting, sculpture etc...but also addresses things like keeping to a routine we find ourselves veering away from - like swimming 3 times a week! so i'm finding it helpful in many ways!
