I bought myself a treat, contained within these pages are the secrets of Ben & Jerry.

I am deep in research mode for my next ice cream creation. Having finished off the remaining pistachio the pressure is on for another good batch.

Having only just bought the book I feel that further reading is needed before I try and emulate the great Ben & Jerry.

I am strongly considering going off book and trying a recipe I saw on you tube, Snickers Ice Cream!

In other news, my culinary success continues with pasta and home made meatballs.

When I lived with Ivano the best I managed to cook was my famous cottage pie, and I only did that twice. Once we buy the house and get the kitchen restocked, I'll have to invite him over so he can witness my kitchen skills for himself.
