Spanish Chicken Bake

Tonight's dinner, a new recipe made from scratch by yours truly.

It turned out particularly well, although it was odd not putting everything in the slow cooker and waiting 8 hours for a change.

This took just over an hour, the recipe is from the Hairy Dieters Cook Book, I definitely recommend buying this book, all the recipes are relatively easy, and every one we've made has been delicious.

A busy day at work for me, sadly not too big in sales, but lots happening over the next few months, so need to get organised.

Re-organizing all the shelves, creating some new promotions, arranging demo days, organizing training days for the staff, it's a busy old life in the paint shop.


In other news, I got a refund for paying too much council tax last year, that's £56 extra in the wedding fund!
