Weaver birds

This weaver bird (and the rest of his flock) were busy building their nests in a tree beside Lake Muhazi. We stopped to watch them (and drink a cup of tea) and had great fun watching them weave their nests - fascinating!

They are also a bit cheeky - as soon as a bird left his nest to fetch more grass one of the others would steal material from the nest and weave it into his own!
