Doha Days

The fog came back this morning - it reminded me of an east coast haar without the chill. It did not linger too long and soon it gave way to clear blue skies and temperatures in the mid twenties once again. It was a perfect day for our younger pupils' sports. We have sports all week, because the weather is ideal at this time of the year. By the time we reach the traditional sports day season in June it will be almost too hot to breathe, let alone hop skip and jump - how anyone seriously thought 90 minutes of world cup football could take place here then defies belief!
