A bit on the side

An afternoon of baking meant I had a chance to play with my new biscuit cutters, which have a special notch so they can sit on your mug. I went for a crispy orange biscuit and they really do sit on your mug. They went quite well with a cuppa.

With the yucky weather , one child at a party and another a bit poorly I also managed to bake some mint chocolate cupcakes and finish my first pair of mitts. I am so relieved the mitts are finished as the twisted stitches were a pain.
