Headed to the Knavesmire just above York racecourse to coach some young orienteers.

These two young men were extremely keen to be first back having retrieved a cone. Had a great morning listening to Jenny Johnson giving a talk to the juniors on her route through the sport - from junior to British Champion and representing GB at the World Championships.

Once finished it was on to the motorway to head south for the Southern Orienteering Championships.
