Early morning ride

Having assisted two elderly neighbours - one had fallen and could not get back on her feet, the other could not be contacted by her daughter and Richard discovered the electrics were playing up so a loan of mobile phone was required.

We then found our computer was playing up - fortunately it had just squeaked in under warranty.... Phew!

Decided to head out earlier than usual on the bike despite concerns over icy roads. So glad I did - the morning light was wonderful. Having the camera with me gave a great excuse to stop and try to capture a blip.

Encouraged along the way by some men in tweeds. One even doffed his cap whilst others helpfully offered to give me a push up the hill.
