Took Eco son mountain biking today at Glenbranter, a bit of a slog to the top but a great descent route. Eco son still not on from after being ill. It will take time.

Eco mum and myself got sometime to ourselves, we headed out to get some groceries and just have a chat. On the way back we followed a submarine and it's security boats down the Clyde to open water. Interesting sight but how effective in today's so called threats.
