Break in the Weather

Ah a better day, still a gentle breeze but with sunny spells and patchy blue skies from time to time.

Working all day in the Shetland Museum and a fairly busy day. I passed the Northlink ferry terminal this morning and a load of folk coming off. Thankfully I wasn't on that boat, it must have been a fairly rough journey up. I'm also having to work late tonight in the museum to cover for someone. It means sitting at the desk all night on my own as folk head up to our wonderful cafe/restaurant for meals.

Great to have a break in the weather, shame I wasn't off to get out walkies with Sammy. I passed by Scalloway as I headed home for tea, I was hoping I might have seen a sunset tonight but missed it. This is the view looking over Scalloway from the Scord at 4.20pm ish :)
