Spare haggis anyone?

Burns night, and haggis are in ASDA; 2 for £3. So we've done one with neeps and tatties this week, and very good it was too, but the spare? What to do with the spare? I came across a Borough Market recipe, making scotch eggs with haggis, so as everything needed was already in the house, including plenty of stale bread, I set too on this adventure and made my first batch of scotch eggs! Well they've turned out a treat; a thousand times better than any shop bought version and a whole lot of therapeutic fun into the bargain!
