First run of 2014

A month of eating, drinking and making merry has taken its toll but I got up this morning determined to restore order (and reduce my hips!) so 9 am had me running along the banks of the Basingstoke canal with 300+ other regular Saturday morning runners at the Frimley Lodge Park Run. It was very muddy and wet, but the sun was shining and it was the best start to the day! Not a great time either, but I did finish before the marshals were packing away!!!!
