Casualty

This was not the end to the day we had planned!
We had a fab day with a great lunch with Justine, Yani and his mummy. Yummy food and a glass of wine or two later we ventured to the playground to let the boys run of their extra energy. They had a great time!
Back home and everybody was happy and then bath time rolled around.
Ollie had his bath and all was fine, cam had his bath and it happened. He got out the bath, went to run out the bathroom and he slipped on the tikes and landed flat on his back head first. Lots of mummy cuddles helped calm him down but he was quite unsteady on his feet. When he went to brush his teeth after his milk he stopped and emptied his stomach contents on the floor. A phone call to 111 confirmed he probably had a concussion and of to A&E we went.
Cam taught all the other waiting kids how to open the automatic doors and other bad tricks only he could instantly work out. 4 hours later we saw a doctor who said 'have a drink and wait 15 minutes. If he vomits your here for the night if he keeps it down you can go home'. He managed to keep it down and we finally got home and to bed at about 1.30am. Tired is not even the word but very relieved he is ok!
