So last night probably having been inspired by seeing Lallybroch's 16k run I went out and did just over 11k myself.

Back and knees were sore but don't feel so bad today.

After the run I went to the inlaws to set up their new smart tv before going to Deer Park for 3 games of bowling with my mates reactive ball.

What a difference.

I need to get myself one.
