MrsT and I were awoken by L this morning who came through to our room and wanted to sing to us.

Nice!

After working from home AM I had a lunch meeting at Frankie and Benny's with a client then a meeting in Livingston which allowed me to meet MrsT and L at Craigswood to take L for her football class.

Back is feeling better today so may test it out tonight with either a run or the gym.
