Who would have thought that blu tack 'original' would cure toothache. No one, coz it doesn't, but what it does do is smooth off those very sharp edges that rub your tongue and cause ulcers.

I was told this a long time ago by my dentist but have not tried it till now even tho this lovely tooth of mine breaks very frequently. It once broke on a 'boneless box' of chicken at kfc. This latest episode is from a beautifully cooked, suuculent chicken breast which was not burnt before anyone asks.

So with blu tack in situ I'm now heading for my bed and sleep after a night shift and hoping the blu tack stays in place and I don't choke on it!
