Substitute Sunset

I've finally managed to whip out the camera & grab a shot on the go on my way home. The setting skies have been quite eye-catching of late & I've really wanted to capture them, but by the time I've finished work I've usually all but missed them. Tonight however, I think I might just have got away with it.

I love the bare, leafless branches of these peculiar trees near the church, reaching toward the cold, blue sky. The warm, fuzzy glow of the passing cars & the shop windows provide the dazzling colour of the obscured setting sun.
