Don't Gnocchi It

..till you've tried it.

I put my hand to some homamade potato gnocchi. I love making them, really hands on & a chance to chuck flour everywhere. It's particularly satisfying throwing the raw balls into the hot water & seeing them a few minutes later bob to the surface - they're ready! Mixed together with a tomato, garlic, chilli & mozzarella sauce, topped with pecorino romano, it makes for a tasty & filling dinner.

We tuned in to the 2nd episode of Death in Paradise this evening. Great show, classic murder mystery who-dunnit, & we're really liking the newby detective Humphrey Goodman, played by Kris Marshall. Good fun in the sun!
