So up at 4.30, World Service on, a programme about the homeless in Hungary. Busman's holiday.

Off to the airport on 2 buses for the 7.15 to City. Mmm, hot breakfast.

Realised I'd left my Southend rail ticket in the handbag that last night I decided not to take. Ah well, cheaper to buy a replacement online.

Meeting about data monitoring, lunch then meeting about everything else.

Back to the station and a train to the wilds of Essex. It is Essex? It seems to be an airport under contruction. No hot food. Just sandwiches.

7.10 easyJet home. I'll be back about 9.30. Long day.
