Viking Cave.
This cave, when first discovered, had paintings of Viking longboats on the walls according to the tour guide and is backed up with a picture in the brochure.
All the paraphernalia around the cave is evidence of a very profitable business.
The cave is where swallows roost and their droppings are collected for birds' nest soup.
Lots of scaffolding and ropes are involved in collecting this sought after delicacy.
Think I'll give it a miss.
This island was the location of the film "The Beach"
Very patchy wifi out here so not been posting or commenting much…….sorry.
Will do better when I get back home.
