Three Kinds of Onions
Unless it's a really sweet onion, which we don't seem to get around here, I don't think I can tell the difference after they've been cooked. That feels like a terrible admission from someone who likes to eat and cook as much as I do. Maybe if I tried them next to each other in a taste test it would all become clear. I usually get the yellow ones.
At first I was annoyed at this person who clearly knew what she wanted and intruded on my sacred frame, but then I decided I liked that diagonal arm.
