Inner strength

Most of us have to take the smaller wounds of living and we have to return again and again to the battlefield, and perhaps in the long run this is the more important, even the more heroic role.

I admire Top Gun for all he is doing to try and develop his inner strength. His outer strength is quite impressive too.

Had a superb training day today, someone we bought in from a company called McKenzie, highly recommend them if you ever need it.

Girl Racer and her fella came home from a month in Vietnam and Cambodia today, lovely to have her back. The Dizzle cooked an excellent dinner for us all.

This has been a pretty good day.
