Sammamish Sough

I've posted scenes from here before, but this one is especially a good view of the waters and how they run there. The slough here borders one of our favorite off leash dog parks. It's where yesterday's shot is also from. It's also where the herons have nests and I've done some shots of them here . Besides going here, I did a my acupuncture and deep tissue massage and really worked my damaged arm out. Hopefully it will all help in time! Meanwhile....ouch.

Weather here is shade of gray which is pretty normal!
