Penny, the gardener, came in for a cuppa as usual this morning and took off her boots at the door, bless her.

Having watched and enjoyed "Blue Jasmine" last night I am not at all surprised that Cate Blanchett has been nominated for a Best Actress award at this year's Oscars. She was brilliant!
