Hazy

On my way into town for a supermarket shop I stopped off at the Loch Ardinning Nature Reserve briefly for some photos. I rather liked this hazy blue one. The distant clump of trees made me think of a fairy tale castle, although the pylon in the middle spoils that image somewhat.

Temperatures are still very low, just above the zero mark, so there's plenty of snow and ice remaining on the ground, particularly on less well-trodden paths.

Wolf Hall seems to have been well received by the critics. I was pleased to read, though, that I wasn't the only one confused, due to the combination of not having read the book and my lack of Tudor history knowledge.
