Hill Top Ramblings

A new dawn

Dawn is my least favourite time of day as a general rule.
It tends to mean that you are up too early, and your brain wants you to get back into bed.
This morning might be an exception. We have not seen the sun here in the Lake District for so long that I cannot remember. The smudge of gold when I peered out through the curtains this morning led to a glimmer of optimism, and next time I looked the sky had turned pink. Not too bad, although 8.15? Surely the sun should be well up by then?
Mustn't complain, I suppose....
