Construction project!

The Banoffee Pie was absolutely scrumptious ! We used good old Mary Berry and the recipe was very successful . The toffee filling was very simple and is made from nearly all condensed milk, so is not too sweet, and cuts into slices fine!
Diet not going too well yet....
