'Top Gear Live' revisited.

But before that ...

I woke up twice last night. #2 son had left the hot water on and the boiler, close to my bed, trundled on. Unlike the fridge/freezer, under me, whose compressor switches off. Then I woke myself shouting 'help' in a very odd dream. Strange, that kind of thing.

When I woke up properly, at 9, and went for my swim. Then it was not a lot to do till #2 son and I set off west for 'Top Gear Live'. We saw it last almost exactly 4 years ago, in Jo'burg. then it was the Coca Cola Dome, Today was the Hydro, which is a brilliant venue. This time we had all 3 of the presenters and a UK Stig. It's a brilliant show, cars, music, cars, bikes, the Stig, cars and silly games, with cars. In Glasgow the silly games were based on the Commonwealth Games, leaping over cars, curling with cars and football. Scotland one 6 -2. They also had the French bikers who ride round in the dome. Ok, I'm a petrolhead!

We got back to the centre of Glasgow by 7.30 for pizza at Prezzo before the train home and 'Call the Midwife'.

A very enjoyable Sunday.
