Recipe Redux

We revisited the apple pocket recipe today. I took my own advice and used puff pastry instead of biscuit dough. Much better.

Not the prettiest of apples, but it was one we picked last week.

On another note, Mr. DH is away on the longest business trip ever. Well, the longest since our daughter was born. Seems like he's been away forever. We'll save you an apple pocket, sweetie :)
