a bit of sun

It was nice to get some brighter weather for a while today, so went out for a drive to a small RSPB reserve we hadn't been to before at Coombe Valley. It was very nice but quite dark and wet in the woods and very little wildlife so this view of the Staffs Moors was the pick of a small bunch today.

(had a lovely meal last night at Masa, a restaurant in a converted Methodist Chapel. Drinks at the alter and then in the pews on the balcony for dinner. Have been a few times before with special friends but not for a long while, must remember not to leave it so long next time).
