2 Birds

Took restless me to one of my favourite haunts, Lauriston Castle grounds. Took wee camera as thought it was maybe going to rain.

Scared the rabbits as I trampled thru the puddles and hissed at by the squirrels.

Saw the buzzard, couldn't get close enough, binoculars only. Picnicked and sat to watch the world go by and listen to the birds. Watched the pheasant coming closer and closer to his favourite patch under the oak tree.

Then the heron came and joined in too, just pure luck to have them in the same photo.

Today, I was thinking of the building and reflections in the pond, but the birds have taken the day of the photo.
