Thank you all for the wonderful response to "Mountain Bike" yesterday. You completed The Boss's day which had ended with a wonderful special dinner with friends who were celebrating being married a couple of years longer than The Boss and Bossess.

We all slept in this morning 'Cos it was a late night last night sitting around with my thunder jacket on with The Boss while he watched a loud and totally unsatisfying movie to distract me from the fireworks of The Challenge that we didn’t hear at all.
He was perfectly happy to pull the plug, so to bark, before the finish but The Bossess, who had not been watching but working instead, being an Accountant and all, insisted he got his money’s worth until the titles rolled and he pulled it then with prejudice.

Today was an odd sheep (wether) day with rain showers and it wasn’t until after grub that he clipped my lead and we went out to discover the light was great and the iPhone came out.
Hey… You kno how Wheaten’s are Irish? WELL tonight we actually met some Irish folk…To be sure etc…and I was so chuffed I decided to mark the ground we were standing on in order of this totally auspicious occasion. I don’t think the lovely couple noticed this BUT the boss did and wacked my lead something cruel but too late. Heh heh heh… It was a good omen as a bit further down the track the light sprung into life and The Boss’s day was complete.
We did get a lovely travel heads up from the Irish folk who gave instructions on how to convince The Bossess that travel to Ireland was needed now but The Boss basically chickened out while The Bossess was working on large heavy ledgers with sharp edges. It was however a grrreat suggestion and thank you if you are watching this.
