Woodenpots

Took loads of photos this morning but nearly all of them were taken to work out the available settings and effects on my camera. ISOs, f numbers, white balance etc, etc.

Had to be done, it's part of the practical element of the dig photog course I'm doing. Copying all the setting info into a Word.doc was rather tedious.

The latest project idea is to do something about reconnecting with my past self by incorportating photos of me at all ages into new self portraits with me 'wearing' the same expression. Not sure whether to hold the original or photoshop it in somehow. The latter will probably be more successful, though it will be a steep learning curve!

Two birthdays today. Happy 10th to Dan (godson's brother) and Happy 40something to Hugh (godmother's son). Off to see Dan in Leeds on Friday and his brother - the one who went to uni a few weeks ago - on Saturday. Should be good.
