Skullduggery

OK, back in the studio. Chilly day so I went to work in my studio. Since I sculpt some wildlife, I collect the skulls and pelts of my subjects to work from. Texture, anatomy and form are paramount in my work. This is a coyote skull and partial skinning.I love the magnificent shapes of bones. I am also a forensic sculptor, so human bones have also found their way into my studio. They tell the whole story from inside out.
