Happy 17 months

Happy 17 months Alister ❤️

Yesterday Alister learnt how to put the cars down the car tower, today he learnt how to blow the little trumpet he got with his band set at Christmas.

When I first showed him what it did at Christmas he did not like it but the more I blew it the more intrigued he got over time. For the past few weeks we have been playing a game passing it to each other, I would blow it & imitate playing it, he would giggle & I would pass it to him then he would put it in his mouth & imitate playing it not understanding why it wouldn't make a noise. Today tho he managed it & he can't stop blowing it, I think I may end up regretting showing him this.

This morning Alfie came in to the bedroom & asked me to undo his buttons on his onesie, I heard him go into the bathroom. He was in there a while, me thinking he was having a poo. After about 10 minutes he came back into the bedroom proud as punch because he had managed to fasten all his buttons himself on his onesie. Daddy showed him last night how to do it & he obviously wanted to have a go this morning. I'm so proud of him, he's growing up way to fast tho :)
