Doha Days

High flying car club .... This enormous sign advertises one of the original driving schools here in Doha. I had to report to this run down building today to have an eye sight check in order to get a step nearer to being issued with a temporary driving licence. I then had to report back to the Medical Centre for the third time this week to check that I was not suffering from TB. I am pleased to report that I was given the all clear. The path towards a Residents' Permit is finally becoming clearer. Three weeks today I am back in Porty for a two week break. I hope to have all my papers cleared by then! The weather has been sunny and warm all week. Tomorrow is the weekend again!
