Bit of a scrape

Oh dear!

As I was leaving work this evening this was the scene.

Two of my students had come together with another car.

Thankfully no major damage to either car and no physical injuries to any of the occupants.

A bit of dented pride and thoughts of what might have been were the only issues.

The driver of the other vehicle would only give his name and registration number to the students. He refused to give his address or his insurance company, saying he could be traced through his registration number

This may we'll be the case but I always believed you had to exchange names, addresses, registration details and insurance details.

If he has got this wrong then at least the students have an independent witness in me.
If he is right then I have learned something tonight
