2014 more running needed

Ten days ago I braved the scales and I didn't like the news.

So I set about losing the excess weight - 2 stones of it.

Today I braved the scales again and the news is a good start.

Plenty of exercise and a better diet have resulted in the equivalent of a bag and a half of sugar.

3 pounds down, 25 to go.

And now I have a target date of 24th April, when I take my students to the London Marathon, to be down to 11 stone.
