5 a day

Another day, another gym session; I think it's starting to win me over. I'm aching all over but it's a nice ache, it makes me feel like I've done something!

My plans were almost scuppered thanks to Sky Broadband (or lack of.....again)!
I rang them last night to complain that our download speeds were pitiful again and after the Spanish Inquisition (basically to make sure I'm not a numpty and have plugged things in where they are meant to be) they said they would send an engineer to me today 'sometime between 8am & 1pm'.
I complained that the last time they did that he just turned up without warning, but I was assured that this time, they would ring first to confirm a time.

So, just as I was about to step into the shower this morning, the doorbell rang!! Talk about inopportune moments :-0
Long story short; the break in the cable that they repaired back in October needs doing again, which means another part of the street being excavated though it's not my street!.

This will take a few days to sort so I have to live with a measly 3.2mbps (quite a bit shy of the 12-19mbps they said we would get) for a bit longer.

Once the engineer had gone, I had enough time to go to the gym, before back home for lunch and off to work at 1.30pm.

To try and complement the exercise, I'm eating more fruit & veg. This was tonight's stir fry vegetable mix and it was delish.
