Oh no!
I thought we'd escaped the white stuff....wrong!
I looked out the window about 6.15 this morning and nothing. 45 minutes later when I got up for work, this was the sight that greeted me.
It was a mad dash then, to get ready for work and leave as early as possible.
I debated taking Mr A's car as he has the day off and his car has winter tyres. However, the steering on his car always feels spongy to me and I don't like driving it at the best of times, so decided to stick to what I know I can handle.
Getting from my house to the main road is always the most treacherous part, but I managed it in two stages today; sliding down the first part of the hill, rest, roll/slide down the second part.
Once onto the main roads, things were slow going, but I managed to get to work on time.
I thought most of my patients would cancel, but they didn't.
Today is my afternoon off, so I'm spending it with Mr A.....in front of the fire, watching documentaries on Bryce and the Grand Canyon.
Life is good :-)
