In the midst of clearing some cupboards colleagues are rediscovering lots of 'old' technology; some utterly useless and other stuff more timeless. Even as we work with all things digital there's something in the affordances of older methods that stimulates new/ old patterns of and space for thought. Earlier today I read a blog post by a college compatriot thinking more along these lines and the disconnected creative space 'space to wander'
