Just Sailing

Today I had a 10 minute window opportunity to break away from the norm and head for the sea!! The waves were high, the wind was strong and the swimmers were out there in great numbers!

But I'm not blipping them! For out on the far horizon, just off the Burg Al Arab, the UAE's iconic 7 star hotel.....sat this little boat in all its splendour!!!

If this was UK we'd recognise it immediately as the Royal Yacht Brittania......but we're not so its not.....either! But its almost second best.....I think it belongs to Sheikh Mo!

At present, its the largest privately owned yacht in the world soon to be surpassed by one being built by a Russian Oligarch and it will beat Sheikh Mohammed's by a mere 1.5 metres! (Rumour has it...this one is going to be extended by 2 metres in order to keep the title!)

Never mind...for sure the Oligarch will not beat Sheikh Mohammed's collection of over a hundred classic cars that he has in his palace garages!

My 10 minute window over.....back on track and off to a tutoring session before picking up GK and heading home.
