All I did today was go to the cross-country to support my club mates. I've still not recovered from my bug and have a knee niggle, so I wasn't up to participating.

One lesson I've learnt is not to push a Brompton through sticky mud! My bike was almost unrideable afterwards! I even had a mechanical issue in the middle of Harpurhey but unclogging the mud got me moving again.
