Fisherman's Blues
Unlike week days, getting a decent blipfoto at the weekend is a breeze especially on a day like today which was dry.
Had a fine day at home, resisting the temptation to go shopping in Dundee (Not a difficult choice to be fair). Two good dog walks along Newburgh's waterfront on a day that the mist never lifted.
The morning took me along the Back Braes the path along the Tay side to the west of the town, to the County Burn. didn't venture into Perthshire although Sandy did cross the burn. Lots of misty and frosty pictures taken, a good few of which will show up somewhere else in coming days.
Tonight myself and Mrs R went on a romantic round trip of the town and a few more snaps of the river at Dusk were made.
In between I've been enjoying The Waterboys -Fisherman's Blues Box set including Strange Boat a cracking tune for a Sunday.
So what picture - hmmmmmmmm ...... has to be the red boat....... used for net fishing of salmon in its day. Its a regular choice for photographers venturing to Newburgh but the mist today made it quite otherworldly.
