Grafting and Learning

Each Sunday Felix comes from Mzuzu to the farm to do some up-skilling on the various processes involved in Fruit tree propagation.
Here he is seen with Dave and Benidicto, working on the art of grafting Avocados. (of course Robert is taking the picture).

The figures show that we get over a 90% success rate with our budding and grafting, but they feel that more attention to detain and practice and advice will improve the numbers and the overall efficiency of production.

As well the more expert that they become, the better teachers they will be, as teaching will become a larger part of their work, in the future.
