Christmas Rose

Untidy as it is, our Christmas Rose gives a reliable bit of interest in the garden every January. I didn't go far for a blip because I spend the day learning Photoshop from Martin Evening's book. There is a lot to learn!

This was also a rare outing for my old Panasonic LX3. Once my favourite camera, it is largely neglected. Perhaps unfairly, as its small sensor gives a good depth of field for close ups like this.
