Time and Plaice

A few weeks ago I visited an art fair where one stall had a picture of fish printed on painted wood, cut up so it looked like an old tile sign from a fishmongers shop.

Its taken me some time to try and work out how they might have achieved that effect and to gather together all the bits I need - Bought two fish from the market this morning to act as models - so now for some experimenting ....
