A Beautiful Bus Ride

Unfortunately Holly started getting gastro throughout the night, which wasn't helped by the fact that we had a six hour bus ride to start our day. We drove from Arequipa to Puno and the bus was surprisingly comfortable with excellent service.

Holly put up with her gastro like a champ and thanks to gastro-stop got through it. Today's blip was taken on the way as we once again headed across the Andes and landscapes like this abounded.

Once in Puno we did some shopping for our home stay families and then visited a very unique bar. It sold experimental drinks where nitrogen oxide was a key ingredient and mojito's came in the form of a ball.
