Platanos!

I love plantains. It's the wanna-be-latina in me, who tries to speak Spanish with a native accent and use Mexican slang whenever possible. My pale white skin and green eyes always give me away, but you can't fault me for trying.

Anyway, I have been hearing about this Puerto Rican restaurant for a while now, and finally made it there tonight. I was not disappointed, and I had platanos in two forms: tostones AND maduros.
