Balance

I have taught my children what I believe to be a valuable life lesson today. Quantity over quality. We caught the train to Brighton and went to Primark where I bought them every single thing they wanted. Highlights included a hideous hip hop tiger sweatshirt, a blanket and three ducks for Will and a variety of clothes I hate (I am meant to) and a duck shower cap for Daisy. We did have fun and left with two giant bags which Daisy observed "cost the same as two jumpers from top shop".

Then we met my mum for lunch, after we had eaten Will created a balancing duck on your head game to keep himself entertained. A really good afternoon.

Film update, last night I watched Love is all you need, essentially a Danish rom com with Martin from the Bridge popping up as a very different character. It was a very easy watch, I couldn't work out quite why Pierce Brosnan was in it, it meant 2/3 of the dialogue was in Danish and the rest in English when he was in the scene. Anyway, easy to watch and I enjoyed it, Tonight is Life of Pi, Daisy insists I need to watch it.
